The 2020 Range Rover Evoque will be on sale in April 2019 and will not be overturned outside, but will adopt various technological improvements.
2020 Range Rover Evoque Redesign
Massive sides, tapered glass, inclined roof. The second generation of the SUV Range Rover Evoque will not lose the style details that have made the fortune of the model now on sale, launched in 2011 and immediately became a best seller thanks to its strong lines and full of personality. Our graphic reconstruction ( above ) makes it clear that the new Evoque will not be overturned outside, where the designers have worked mainly on the details, such as the headlights (thinner) and the fascia (it will have new air on the sides).
The impression will remain that of a solid and powerful SUV, all the more considering its contained length: the 2020 Range Rover Evoque it will measure around 440 cm, in line with the direct rivals BMW X2 and Volvo XC40.
The results of the update will be more visible on board, where the New Range Rover Evoque could adopt a central console inspired by that already seen on the older sister Range Rover Velar: the central cabinet will remain impressive and will continue to integrate the selector to disappearance of the automatic transmission, but the look will be cleaner and minimal thanks to the presence of a second touch screen (in addition to that of the multimedia system) for the commands of the “climate”.
The main innovations of the 2020 Range Rover Evoque however, they are expected at the mechanical level, because the engineers of the English house will renew the platform improving it in three directions: the new base called MTA, evolution of the current one, will have to increase the space on board, make the car more precise to drive on road and allow the installation of hybrid or light hybrid engines with rechargeable batteries, the latter also able to make the car travel at zero emissions. Alternatively, petrol and diesel engines, even three-cylinder engines, are expected.
